Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. They will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.
  • Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel or personalized/customized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or individualized nature. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.


Refunds and Store Credit

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping fees.
  • If you prefer, we can also provide store credit for future purchases instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code that can be applied during checkout.
